At the U13-U14 level, players make the exciting transition to the full 11v11 format. Our program focuses on adapting to the larger field and the increased complexity of the game, emphasizing advanced tactical awareness, positional play, and team strategy.
Training sessions are designed to refine technical skills like precision passing, ball striking, and first touch, while also enhancing physical fitness and mental resilience. Players learn to work cohesively as a team, understand their specific roles, and develop the ability to read the game at a higher level.
Summer
Training begins in August with a Team Camp, where the team trains from Monday-Thursday in the evening for two weeks.
Fall
Training continues after Team Camp twice per week until Christmas break. League play occurs through the USYS National League, EDP, or the Lehigh Valley Youth Soccer League and teams will compete in two tournaments.
Winter
Training begins again after New Years and continues twice per week until the end of February. League play occurs in the Riverfront Sports Winter Indoor League.
Spring
Training continues in March until the end of May. Like Fall, league play occurs in the USYS National League, EDP, or the Lehigh Valley Youth Soccer League. If the league season continues into June, the team will continue to train until the end of the season. First teams will compete in the EPYSA State Cup and two tournaments. All other teams will compete in three tournaments.
